In our tasting, you will learn how to cook with liquorice. We start by exploring what liquorice tastes like and then try different combinations. Our liquorice expert will guide you through the rich world of liquorice flavour nuances. Lotta has 15 years of experience working with liquorice and shares her knowledge on how you can put a twist on all kinds of food with liquorice powder and granules. Questions such as what is liquorice? what is the difference between sweet and salty liquorice and does liquorice go with everything? will be answered.
What is included in addition to the lecture? A plate with different samples, dessert, coffee, and some surprises.

The tasting will be held in our production kitchen in Pellerins Margarine Factory in Olskroken, Gothenburg.
