Salted licorice biscotti
Handmade biscotti with Salmiak Caramel, liquorice, and redcurrants. Biscotti are crunchy Italian almond biscuits, which we put our own twist on with raw liquorice and a saltiness that provides a nice contrast to the sweetness.
Perfect with: espresso, dessert wine, or a strong cup of tea.
Weight 180 grams and 400 grams respectively.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, eggs, almonds, salmiak caramel 10% (cream, sugar, glucose, liquorice powder, salmiak, salt, colouring (vegetable carbon)), redcurrants, raw liquorice, baking powder, sea salt.

This is the third product featuring the popular Salmiak Toffee. It's a crispy biscotti with small pieces of the toffee, flavored with both liquorice and salmiak, as well as redcurrants. The salty liquorice enhances the toffee flavor, and the redcurrants add a nice touch of tartness. The biscotti is topped with raw liquorice and sea salt. Just like in the apple biscotti, there's a clear contrast between the crispy biscotti and the soft, chewy toffee.
A delicate way to use up the small pieces left over when the toffee is cut. Everything is made from scratch, and all production is done by hand; we picked the redcurrants very locally from a laden bush in Gothenburg.
Our BISCOTTI are available in two different sizes.
Regular bag with small sweet biscotti, approx. 180 grams.
Bag with large fika biscotti, approx. 400 grams.
Best before date from manufacturing is approx. 6 months. Store in a dry, cool place.
