Seasonal toffee that tastes like apple pie with cream!
Handmade cream toffee with a fruity and delightfully tart apple flavor and a delicate hint of cinnamon. This is one of our few products without licorice. The flavor can be described as apple pie with custard, in toffee form. It's cooked with fresh cream and apple must from Lödöse musteri. It truly tastes of apple, being both sweet and tart with a rounded cream toffee flavor. The toffee has a soft and chewy consistency.
Perfect for: anyone who loves toffee and wants a really delicious fruit toffee. Or for those who desire a taste experience where toffee meets apple pie.
Ingredients: Cream, sugar, apple must 20%, glucose, butter, lemon, apple cider vinegar, salt, cinnamon.
One toffee bar weighs approx. 35 grams.

Best before approx. 2 months from production. Store in a dry and cool place.
The apple must we use for the fudge comes from Lödöse Musteri. We use their Praktmust, which is the sourest in their range. To further enhance the sourness of the fudge, we also add pressed lemon.
