This season's caramel sauce is sunny and beautifully golden yellow with an exotic passion fruit flavor. With its fruity and tangy aroma, it pairs wonderfully with the sweet and salty Salmiak Caramel Sauce. As is well known, tart flavors combine excellently with licorice! Drizzle it over ice cream, garnish desserts, or fill delicious cakes and pastries with the caramel sauce. Wonderful in a pavlova and also excellent as a filling in an Easter cake with white chocolate, tangy white chocolate cream, and fresh passion fruit. The recipe for the cake can be found here.
Our handmade Salmiak Caramel Sauce is a glittering black delight that enhances desserts, pastries, and ice cream. Drizzle the sauce over ice cream, use it as a filling in a pastry, or garnish your desserts with the sauce.

The caramel sauces are also available for individual order.
Shelf life is approximately 4 months. Unopened jar should be stored at room temperature. Stir when the jar is opened for the first time. Opened jar should be stored in the refrigerator.
