Salt licorice and cream fudge – the best of both worlds!
Our signature product – also known as the fudge – is a handmade, sweet and salty licorice fudge that we have been making with fresh cream since 2010. The fudge was voted Sweden's favorite licorice in 2013, 2014, 2015, and best Salmiakki in 2023. We handcraft it according to our own recipe in our fudge workshop in Pellerins margarine factory in Gothenburg.
Perfect for: anyone who likes licorice, artisanal food, or is curious about the combination of licorice and cream fudge.
Ingredients: Cream, sugar, glucose, licorice powder, salmiak, salt, black coloring (vegetable carbon). One fudge weighs 30 grams.

Toffee is a perishable product, and we always send freshly made toffees. We set a best-before date of about 3 weeks, which is a quality indicator. Please plan your order so you can enjoy fresh toffees.
Store in a dry and cool place.
The greaseproof paper is recycled as residual waste.

We make the Salmiak Toffee following our own recipe, by hand, with the goal of providing you with a sweet taste experience. The base is a classic cream toffee flavoured with liquorice powder and salmiak for a fine balance between sweet, salty, sour, creamy, and utterly delicious. Then we pack this sweet and salty liquorice toffee in greaseproof paper and attach labels.
In other words, the Salmiak Toffee is a handmade toffee from cooking to packaging. We want to deliver confectionery of the highest quality that adds a touch of luxury to life.
